5 minute read

My super simple healthy beef nachos. I’m loving this meal at the moment and it’s super macro friendly, so you can fit it into almost any macro breakdown and enjoy the treats without negative consequences!

INGREDIENTS

  • 100gms beef mince (I use my own taco seasoning, or Old El Paso brand from the supermarket
  • 30gms organic corn chips (because modern food production calls for organic corn!). You can also use taco shells. Organic corn products can be found in the health food shop
  • Tomato, lettuce, spinach, red onion – chose your salad ingredients really. This is for fibre and phytonutrients!
  • 1 tbs full-fat sour cream (low fat one doesn’t give that flavour hit)

METHOD

  • Cook the beef with the seasoning, as per the packet
  • Weigh out how many corn chips you want (macros below account for 30gm).
  • Chop up lettuce, red onion, tomato
  • Place all the above in a bowl
  • Add sour cream

That’s it really – I’m a simple girl. Simple yet nutritions, and delicious
