Nutrition is simpler than you think, but Women often make the same mistakes - we don’t eat enough, we restrict too much, and we wonder why we fail to master a healthy lifestyle, time and time again.

This course is educational at its core, starting with foundational knowledge around nutrition, calories, macronutrients and healthy eating, and diving deep into the most important aspect of health - metabolism. Once you understand these principles, you will never fall for a restrictive fad-diet again.

Included in the course are in depth tutorials on meal planning, preparation, healthy balance, and it is packed with recipes. You will also get your own calorie/macronutrient targets to build your healthy meal plan on.

LEARN TO BUILD UNSHAKEABLE STRENGTH

Women’s structure is the primary interference when it comes to training results - and I mean, any kind of training. This course dives deep into the female form, how it changes throughout the lifespan and quips you with a correctional routine to build strong posture.

I put this together over 12 years of coaching, as I learned over and over again how women’s natural bodies were interfering with their results. We just need to train a little differently!

Inside the course is not only a complete posture correctional routine, but training technique tutorials, sample training programs and the complete glute building guide.

MASTER YOUR MINDSET PSYCHOLOGICALLY, AND ENERGETICALLY

Building a strong mindset is not just about ‘thinking positive’ - it drives much deeper than that! Shifting your mindset is a combination of understanding how our nervous system works, and learning to work with it energetically.

In this course you learn how to really set goals, change yourself subconsciously, work with your nervous system rather than against it, and really harness your feminine energy (to which you may have rejected!).

Mindset Mastery is packed with educational content around true change, as well as practical activities like meditation, breathing, subconscious reprogramming, and visualisation. You ron’ know yourself once you’re done!

LOWER YOUR STRESS AND UPLEVEL YOUR LIFE

Stress is one of those pesky things that hides in plain sight, undermining all of your transformational efforts. Worst of all, most of us don't even understand stress or know how to identify it, let alone have the capacity to move through it.

Created off the back of my Australian Government Legal Service presentation on stress reduction in 2021, this course is aimed at guiding you through stress so you can identify it in your own body, build simple practices to lower it, and move on to great health and stamina from the inside-out.
