The fundamentals of women’s nutrition, from optimising your metabolism, truths and falsehoods, flexible dieting, macro building, meal prepping and more, over 6 modules and 24 video lessons.

This course explore the female form, how it is designed to move and how to harness our physical strengths with postural correction, strength training and perfect technique. For once, being a woman won’t get in the way of your results.



Packages can be upgraded and tailored for a one-on-one experience. This will include access to the platform, with further support via coaching calls and direct access to me via email.

This one-on-one option means you can focus your attention on the areas where you are most stuck, as teachings are completely flexible.

I have been on a transformational journey for my entire adult life. It all started with depression, social anxiety, PTSD, low self-esteem and ADD, which eventuated into a psychiatric diagnosis. I also had chronic allergies, on and off pain, gut issues, and fatigue.   

Despite how hard I tried to stay healthy with the extremes of bodybuilding, clean eating and powerlifting, I was pulled under into a world of sickness.

Although I was disappointed that I wasn’t doing enough, it turned out to be my greatest teacher. My desire to be healthy and happy drove me deeper into a world of holistic health and healing.

By working though early-life trauma, reprogramming my subconscious, and learning how to regulate my nervous system I was able to train and support myself nutritionally without resistance.

I wish nothing more than to share my experiences, and what has worked for both myself and my clients, so you can live your life to the fullest as well!

I truly believe that we should turn our pain into power, and this is exactly why I created this platform.
