HI, I'M JEN.

I have been in the health and fitness industry since 2003, and my passion for it has never waivered. With a focus on women's health, wellbeing and empowerment, I help women build unshakeable self-confidence through mindset, nutrition and movement. I work with women both locally in Australia, and overseas.
 
I have 10 years exclusive experience in coaching women, uncovering mental, emotional and physical limitations to transform their lives from the inside out. I started at the bottom, working my way up by mastering the basics and teaching these fundamental principles with fantastic results.
 
I practice holistically, using my own philosophy, combining studies in strength and fitness, nutrition, naturopathy, meditation, subconscious reprogramming, and energy work. All Wildly Strong programs are trauma-informed, and everyone is welcome!
