Hi, I’m Jen!


I started my health and fitness career in 2003, and have spent the last 12 years working one-on-one with women to help them get their glutes working, and build the body of their dreams. 

I've trained women from beginners to pro-level bodybuilders, and supported women in winning bodybuilding competitions all over the world.

I won a Telstra Business Award for my online coaching programs and featured on Sunrise in 2023.

In the last 18-months i've suppored even more women through my Academy, taking them through transformational processes in body image, nutrition, female training and mindset.
