ABOUT ME

I began my journey as a personal trainer in 2002, and have trained only women, both face-to-face and online on a full-time basis for over 10 years now.

As an ex-athlete of bodybuilding, powerlifting and strongman who inhabits a very feminine body structure, and who started her training journey when women rarely trained, I had to learn the hard way how women’s bodies differ from men.

Generally speaking, we have a unique structure – wider hips, larger chest and smaller waists – and this often creates unideal movement patterns. This interferes with our ability to build muscle and strength in the gym (and leaves you feeling extremely frustrated!)

After identifying and correcting this in myself, I have passed it on to 100’s of women in my coaching business, helping clients build bodies they feel strong and beautiful in without the physical discomfort and frustration that so often plagues women along their fitness journeys.

As my coaching business has been full for many years, I created this course to take you through the exact teachings I share with my face-to-face clients, so you can benefit from this knowledge too.
