  • Are confused about where, when and how they should invest their time when it comes to health and fitness and getting great results (I'm a no fluff kind of gal).
  • Can't cut through all the noise and narrow in on what works.
  • Want a healthy lifestyle that sticks. 

And, if your goal is to lose weight or transform your body in a BIG WAY, then we can do that too, but I want you to know that you don't need to have this goal in order to train with me. 

Getting strong is the best gift you can offer yourself, and learning how to train in a way that builds your body up from it's foundations can change your life for the better!

After 22 years working in the fitness industry in Canberra, I've moved to the beautiful Gold Coast. I left behind some truly amazing clientele. So I've got some spaces to fill with women just like you. 

I’m not just a PT, but also a naturopath, nutrition coach and reiki practitioner. My methods are very holistic and I combine all these disciplines when I coach clients.

I've prepped 100's of women in bodybuilding and powerlifting competitions dating back to 2012, and over 1,000 women have transformed their bodies, confidence, health, and emotional wellbeing with me in a 1:1 setting. 

Building strength, losing weight, and living a healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to be complicated, punishing, or overwhelming.

It doesn’t require daily workouts.

You don’t need to suffer through restriction.

You don’t need to fight your body (it can be fun!)

You CAN reach your goals with the right guidance.

Pricing

Base-level prices are listed below. Note I am only taking on FIVE women, as I run a thriving online coaching business. I only recently moved to the gold coast, leaving behind the most amazing clients and I just miss face-to-face PT so much!

All packages can be altered for individual requirements, eg; additional weekly sessions can be added, as can training programs. Online packages are available for a lower budget option, and if you're outside of the Gold Coast region. We can discuss this in your consult (book below)! 

Single Personal Training Sessions

  • Private home gym environment
  • No lock-ins, perfect option if you would like to try it out before committing!
  • If purchasing 12 weeks in advance, I'll take 10% off the total cost. 

8-Week Strength Development Pack

  • 8 x 60-minute personal training sessions
  • Training/exercise program included for outside of our sessions
  • Access to my Female Training Course
  • DOES NOT include nutrition, but you're welcome to talk about it during your sessions.
